Local Deliveries (Johor Bahru District)

Enjoy rapid, farm-fresh delivery within the Johor Bahru District, covering areas like Johor Bahru, Tebrau, Tampoi, Plentong, Iskandar Puteri, Skudai, Pulai, Gelang Patah, Pasir Gudang & Masai.

  • Delivery Days: Tuesday to Thursday
  • Delivery Times: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Freshness Promise: Your greens are harvested and delivered within 12 hours for ultimate freshness.
  • Delivery Fee: A flat rate of RM10 per order applies.
  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery for orders worth RM49 and above!
  • Weight Limit: There is no weight limit for local deliveries.

Outstation Deliveries (Across West Malaysia, excluding Johor Bahru District)

Now, even more of West Malaysia can enjoy Levfy’s pure, pesticide-free greens! We deliver to all states in West Malaysia, outside the Johor Bahru District.

  • Delivery Days: Tuesday to Thursday
  • Delivery Times: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Noon) can be dispatched sooner for next-day delivery.
  • Delivery Fees (Based on Package Weight):
    • 1.0 kg – 10.0 kg: RM27 per order
    • 10.01 kg – 20.0 kg: RM38 per order
    • 20.01 kg – 25.0 kg: RM49 per order
  • Maximum Weight: We cannot accommodate single orders exceeding 25kg for outstation deliveries, as per courier limitations.

Subscription Plan Deliveries

Enjoy unparalleled convenience with our subscription plans!
  • Free Delivery for Local Subscriptions: If your delivery address is within the Johor Bahru District, all subscription plans (Fresh Greens or Salad Packs) come with free delivery, with no minimum order value.
  • Outstation Subscription Deliveries: For delivery addresses outside the Johor Bahru District (across West Malaysia), standard outstation delivery fees based on package weight will apply to your subscription orders.

Important Notes on Order Weight Limits

  • For outstation deliveries, the maximum weight per single order is 25kg.
  • If your order exceeds the weight limit for outstation delivery, our website will prevent checkout. Please consider splitting your order into smaller weight portions to proceed with your purchase.

Our Delivery Partners

We prioritize safe and timely delivery for every order. Your fresh greens will be delivered by:
  • Levfy’s Dedicated Lorry: Whenever possible, we use our own reliable lorry for deliveries. This allows us to maintain direct control over handling and speed, ensuring your greens arrive in perfect condition.
  • Trusted Third-Party Couriers: For outstation deliveries and when our lorry’s schedule is full, we partner with trusted third-party couriers (such as Lalamove or GDEX) to ensure your order still reaches you promptly and safely.

Tracking Your Order

  • Levfy Lorry Deliveries: If your order is delivered by our own lorry (primarily for local deliveries), a tracking number won’t be provided, but we ensure timely delivery and communication.
  • Third-Party Courier Deliveries: If we use a third-party logistics partner for your delivery (common for outstation orders and when our lorry is fully scheduled), you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its progress.

Important Delivery Information

  • If You’re Not Home: If you’re not home when our delivery person arrives, we’ll attempt to contact you via WhatsApp and call. Our delivery person will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If no one is able to collect, we’ll leave your package in a safe, accessible spot at your address and send you a photo notification to confirm its location. Please remember, fresh produce is highly perishable. While we ensure a safe drop-off, we cannot guarantee a replacement if produce spoils due to not being picked up promptly. Unfortunately, redeliveries cannot be arranged.
  • Deliveries to Offices/Commercial Premises: We’re happy to deliver to your workplace! Please be ready to collect your order at the entrance or a designated collection point if our delivery person cannot enter the premise directly.
  • Order Weight Limits:
    • For outstation deliveries, the maximum weight per single order is 25kg.
    • If your order for outstation delivery exceeds this weight, our website will prevent checkout. Please consider splitting your order into smaller weight portions to proceed with your purchase.
  • Lost or Damaged Deliveries:
    • Third-Party Courier: In the rare event of a lost delivery by a third-party courier, rest assured that every package is insured. Please contact our Customer Support for assistance.
    • Levfy Lorry: If your order is lost during delivery by our own lorry, we will replace your entire order for you.
    • Damaged Produce: If your produce arrives damaged due to transit, please refer to our FAQs page or contact our Customer Support immediately for assistance.
