Where is your farm located?

Our state-of-the-art hydroponic farm, Susfarm, is located in i-Parc @ Tanjung Pelepas, Johor, Malaysia. We're proud to be a local farm producing Levfy greens directly for your community.

How are Levfy greens grown?

Our Levfy greens are grown at Susfarm using hydroponics, a cutting-edge method where plants are cultivated in nutrient-rich water instead of soil. This allows us to precisely control their environment, ensuring optimal growth, exceptional purity, and consistent quality, all while using significantly less water than traditional farming.

Are your Levfy greens truly "pesticide-free"?

Yes, absolutely! "Pesticide-free" at Susfarm means zero pesticides are used in our growing process. Our controlled indoor environment naturally protects our plants from pests. We are proud to be myGAP Pesticide Free certified.

Are your Levfy greens organic or GMO-free?

While we are not certified organic (as organic standards typically require soil, which we don't use), our commitment to natural purity is paramount. We are myGAP Pesticide Free certified and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Regarding GMOs, yes, Susfarm intentionally uses non-GMO seeds for all our Levfy produce. Furthermore, Malaysia has extremely strict regulations on GMO crops, and we are fully compliant with these stringent standards, ensuring your greens are GMO-free.

What certifications does Susfarm have for Levfy greens and salad packs?

How often are Levfy greens harvested at Susfarm?

Our Levfy greens are harvested continuously at Susfarm, with each crop reaching maturity around 45 days. This allows us to provide you with incredibly fresh produce consistently.

How can I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), FPX (Online Banking), GrabPay, ShopeePay and Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. A delivery fee applies to all orders except for subscription plans, allowing you to order exactly what you need.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled due to our harvesting and packing schedule. If you encounter an issue with your order, please WhatsApp our Customer Support directly at +6019-982 7955 as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift options or gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift options or gift cards, but we hope to introduce them in the future!

How do Levfy's subscription plans work?

Levfy offers three convenient subscription types: Fresh Greens, Salad Packs, and Kale Juice. All plans provide convenient, weekly deliveries of our premium produce right to your doorstep.

  • Fresh Greens Subscriptions: Choose from various box sizes (Fresh Start, Family Favourites, Green Powerhouse). Each box contains a mix of our freshest greens, with customizable options available in 1-month, 3-month or 1-year durations.
  • Salad Pack Subscriptions: Receive 4 diverse Salad Packs each week. We offer 5 unique combination options for your weekly delivery. Note: Your chosen combination applies for the entire duration and cannot be changed weekly. Available in 1, 2, or 3-month durations.
  • Kale Juice Subscriptions: Our dedicated juice subscription provides 4 bottles of cold-pressed hydroponic kale juice every week. This plan is designed for consistent, liquid nutrition and is available in 1, 2, or 3-month durations.
What are the pricing options for subscriptions?
  • Fresh Greens Subscriptions: Pricing varies by box size and duration. Please visit our Fresh Greens Subscription page for detailed pricing.
  • Salad Pack Subscriptions:
    • 1-Month Plan: RM178.00 (4 weeks total / 16 packs)
    • 2-Month Plan: RM338.00 (8 weeks total / 32 packs)
    • 3-Month Plan: RM498.00 (12 weeks total / 48 packs) + Free extra 4 packs!
  • Kale Juice Subscriptions:

Can I pause, skip, or modify my subscription deliveries?

Yes, you can! If you need to pause, skip, or reschedule a delivery for any plan (Greens, Salads, or Juice), please notify our Customer Support via WhatsApp at +6019-982 7955 at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled delivery day.

Can I change my subscription plan (upgrade/downgrade or switch types) during an active subscription?

Subscription plans (including size, type, or switching between Fresh Greens, Salad Packs, and Kale Juice) cannot be changed once an active subscription duration has begun. If you wish to change your plan or duration, you would need to complete your current subscription and then select a new plan for your next cycle

Can I change my custom veggie, salad pack selection, or juice flavours during my subscription?
  • For Fresh Greens Subscriptions: Your custom veggie selection is a one-time choice made during your initial order and applies for the entire duration.
  • For Salad Pack Subscriptions: Your chosen combination option applies for the entire duration and cannot be changed once confirmed.
  • For Kale Juice Subscriptions: Each weekly delivery is fixed as a set of 4 flavours (Apple, Orange, Pear, and Pineapple) to ensure a balanced and diverse nutritional intake. Flavour selections for this plan cannot be customized or swapped.
What are your delivery areas and days?

We offer delivery to two main zones:

  • Local Areas (Johor Bahru District): This includes Johor Bahru, Tebrau, Tampoi, Plentong, Iskandar Puteri, Skudai, Pulai, Gelang Patah, Pasir Gudang, and Masai. Deliveries are made Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
  • Outstation Areas (All of West Malaysia, excluding Johor Bahru District): Deliveries are also made Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm. Orders placed before 12:00pm (Noon) can be dispatched for next-day delivery.
What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary based on your location and order type:

  • Local Orders (Johor Bahru District): A flat rate of RM10 per order applies. Enjoy free delivery for orders worth RM49 and above! All subscription plans for local addresses also receive free delivery.
  • Outstation Orders (West Malaysia, outside JB District): Fees are based on package weight:
    • 1.0 kg - 10.0 kg: RM27 per order
    • 10.01 kg - 20.0 kg: RM38 per order
    • 20.01 kg - 25.0 kg: RM49 per order
  • Please note: Subscription plans delivered to outstation addresses will also incur these standard delivery fees based on package weight.
Is there a maximum weight for deliveries?
For local deliveries within the Johor Bahru District, there is no weight limit. For outstation deliveries to other parts of West Malaysia, the maximum weight per single order is 25kg. Our website will prevent checkout for outstation orders exceeding this limit, suggesting you split your order into smaller weight portions.
When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered on our scheduled delivery days (Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm) for both local and outstation areas. For outstation orders, if placed before 12:00pm (Noon), you can expect next-day delivery. We aim for your produce to arrive within 12 hours of harvest for local deliveries, ensuring ultimate freshness. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery timings within the daily window.

How can I track my order?

If your order is delivered by Levfy's own lorry (primarily for local deliveries), a tracking number won't be provided. However, we ensure timely delivery and communication. If we use a third-party courier partner for your delivery (common for outstation orders and when our lorry is fully scheduled), you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its progress.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

If you're not home when our delivery person arrives, we'll attempt to contact you via WhatsApp and call. Our delivery person will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If no one is able to collect, we'll leave your package in a safe, accessible spot at your address and send you a photo notification to confirm its location. Please remember, fresh produce is highly perishable. While we ensure a safe drop-off, we cannot guarantee a replacement if produce spoils due to not being picked up promptly. Unfortunately, redeliveries cannot be arranged.

Do you deliver to offices or commercial premises?

Yes, we do deliver to offices, commercial premises, or business centers. However, customers must come to the entrance or a designated collection point to collect their order if our delivery person cannot enter the premise directly.

What is the process for self-pickup?

You can pick up your order directly from our farm, Susfarm. Please ensure you provide your order number for self-pickup verification.

How should I store Levfy greens and juices to keep them fresh?

To maintain maximum shelf life and nutrient density, please store all produce and juices immediately in the chiller section (1 - 4°C) of your refrigerator upon receipt. Do not freeze the juices, as this can affect the texture and flavour of the cold-pressed blend.

How long do Levfy products typically last?

Shelf life varies by product type:

  • Fresh Greens & Salad Packs: Thanks to our hydroponic methods and quick farm-to-door delivery, these typically remain fresh for up to 2 weeks when stored correctly.
  • Kale Juice: Because our juices are raw and unpasteurized to preserve live enzymes, they have a shorter shelf life. We recommend consuming your bottles within 5 days of delivery for peak freshness and nutritional value.
Do I need to wash the greens before use?

Our greens are grown in a clean, controlled environment. While they are very clean upon arrival, we recommend giving them a light rinse before use to ensure absolute peace of mind.

Why is there sediment at the bottom of my Kale Juice?

Don’t worry—this is a sign of a truly natural, cold-pressed product! Because we don't use stabilizers or heavy filtration, natural fibers from the kale and fruits may settle at the bottom. Simply give the bottle a gentle shake to mix the nutrients before enjoying.

What if I receive damaged, unsatisfactory, or incorrect produce?

Your satisfaction is important to us! As our greens are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a Levfy item that is damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, or incorrect, we will replace it with a new produce item. You must report any such issue within 1 hour of receiving your delivery and provide clear video evidence of the concern.
