We do not accept returns or offer refunds for fresh produce. Instead, if you receive an item that is damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, or incorrect, we will replace it with a new produce item at no extra cost to you.

How to Report an Issue

  1. If you encounter an issue with your Levfy delivery, please follow these steps: Report Immediately: You must report any concerns regarding unsatisfactory quality, damaged, or incorrect fresh greens within 1 hour of receiving your delivery.
  2. Provide Video Proof: To help us understand the issue and process your replacement efficiently, please provide clear video evidence of the concern. This helps us assess the problem and improve our processes.

Our Replacement Process

Once we receive your video evidence and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected produce. You do not need to send back the damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory item. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the replacement delivery schedule.
